FATAL DEPRECATIONS. This week I've been working on some changes to OPA that will encourage users to stop using our -rootless
images. All our images are now rootless. We're trying to avoid the situation where users continue using latest-rootless
and miss an important security update because we publishing updating the image.
Rinkoffed After a trip down to Mile End for Parkrun, there was a happening of a Rinkoffs trip. I'd never had a 'Cronut' before!
Hurting (all over). I usually play doubles badminton on a Tuesday evening. This week, I enjoyed and then suffered after playing the singles variant for the first time in a while.
Screen Time. A highlight of the week was realising that I'd only spent 22 minutes on my phone on Wednesday. I've been trying to cut down in order to focus on other, more considered activities.
This is for the players. 'Resurgence Trios' is proving to still be a rare, enjoyable multiplayer experience. Rather than more hard core battle royale modes, Resurgence permits respawning for much of the game making it a little more forgiving for us part-timers. It Takes Two is also back on the menu and (other than some tragic workplace accidents) has remained a great couch coop game after an extended time off.
Lunches. In addition to Curry Club, I've also had some lovely lunches out this week - at venues new and old.
Shape the Path. I've started reading Switch.
